Shipping Policy
Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States only.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our items. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your package and are automatically calculated at checkout.
In most cases, orders will be shipped via USPS within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order (please note: this does not apply to custom orders). Options for shipping include: USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. For special shipping requests, please contact us at iamkcoledesigns@gmail.com.
Please note that custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to be completed, depending on what you order. Orders will be shipped via USPS 2-3 business days after receiving your final approval or the remaining balance of your invoice is paid.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Please carefully review the items in your cart before you make your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at iamkcoledesigns@gmail.com.
Although we take the care that is necessary to package your items, there is a possibility that items could be damaged in transport. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at iamkcoledesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
